Notice of NSWBUA 2025 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 102th Annual General Meeting of the New South Wales Baseball Umpires Association Incorporated will be held on Tuesday 22th July 2025, at the Blacktown International Sports Park - Baseball Function Room, Eastern Rd. Rooty Hill NSW 2766 commencing at 7.00 p.m. Doors open at 6:30pm

  2. Apologies
  3. Reading and confirmation of minutes
  4. Correspondence
  5. Submission of Annual Report including any Special Resolution(s)
  6. Election of Management Committee
  7. Approval of Fees and Honorariums
  8. Appointment of Auditors for 25/26
  9. Appointment of  Delegates to NSW Baseball League Inc.
  10. Any other business that may be brought forward in accordance with the Rules of the Association, including the appointment of an Auditor

Important Dates

  • Notices of motion for inclusion as special business and requiring a Special Resolution (including Life Member nominations) must be sent to the Secretary and received by 5:00 p.m. AEST on 1st July 2025
  • Nominations for elected positions must be received in writing (online form here https://forms.gle/wMHuCgQDNNCF4Am98 ) by the Secretary by 5:00 p.m. AEST on 15th July 2025
